From a family villa built in the 1960s, on a small street branching off the large Piazza Verdi crossroads, we have created three fully equipped studio apartments. Their unique feature is that they are both extremely central and wonderfully quiet, as they are located on a dead-end street with no other residential buildings.
They are easily accessible by car, and a very convenient private parking space is available right in front of the entrance. Once you leave your car, you can explore on foot, as the apartments are only 100 meters from Vasto’s historic center and the main public transport stops.
Inside, you will appreciate details such as the beautiful marble floors, original to the building. Everything else is completely new and contemporary, as the apartments were fully renovated and completed in 2022.
The apartments are designed to accommodate couples or families and have the following capacity:
Apartment One: 2 to 6 guests
Apartment Two: 2 to 6 guests
Apartment Three: 2 to 3 guests

Equipped with a kitchen featuring stovetops and a microwave, the apartments are ideal for longer stays. They are simply yet functionally furnished, air-conditioned, and served by excellent dedicated Wi-Fi.
The range of services is completed by a laundry facility in the rear courtyard and a shared terrace on the second floor.
